No matter what issue you may be facing, it would be my pleasure to help you reach a place of emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. With God’s help and proven therapeutic techniques, it’s possible to experience the healing and peace you long for. I offer various treatment methods for a broad range of issues depending on each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cranial Electrical Stimulation (CES), and HeartMath to improve heart rate variability. Whether you’re dealing with co-occurring disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, or other issues, together we will determine the treatment method that works best for your needs and growth.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
My goals as your counselor include helping you reach your goals, gain clarity, process historical and current trauma, address addiction, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other issues, improve relaxation, and reach peak performance. Together we will develop a realistic treatment plan based on your needs, and implement steps to achieve the outcomes you desire. I will gently challenge you toward your goals and support you as you make positive changes in your life.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself. Since you are the expert in your own life, I will support you with therapeutic input as you identify areas of concern. I will offer questions intended to challenge cognitive distortions and to aid you in changing the narrative of your life. Through our sessions together, we will work to implement proven techniques to help you overcome the challenges you face.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
My practice is guided and informed by my faith. I believe a Christian counseling approach offers a strong foundation for the best therapeutic support and aids in helping the client and therapist reach a shared understanding. Based on each client’s preference and request, we will begin each session with prayer, relying on the Lord to guide our interaction and direct us in the steps we should take toward complete healing, with His help and strength.
